The trial of three men, accused of perverting the course of justice following the Hillsborough disaster, has collapsed. The judge has ruled there is no case to answer for Donald Denton, Alan Foster and Peter Metcalf. The two retired police officers and a solicitor were accused of changing police statements. The CPS say they won't appeal against the ruling.
